A unique experience that combines the tasting of Tuscan DOC wines with the discovery of the historic neighborhoods of Florence, through a guided walk among the famous wine windows, a symbol of a centuries-old Florentine tradition.

The tour takes place entirely on foot in the historic center and alternates active wine windows, cultural stops, and historical wine windows, offering a perfect balance between storytelling, tasting, and atmosphere.

Itinerary

Piazza Santa Maria Novella – Departure

Meeting with the guide and historical introduction to the wine windows and Renaissance Florence.

Il Latini (historical wine window) – Via dei Palchetti

Historical wine window linked to one of the most famous trattorias in the city.

An ideal first stop to immediately enter the authentic Florentine atmosphere.

Via delle Belle Donne– Active wine window

First tasting of Tuscan wine served directly from the window.

Elegant area between Santa Maria Novella and Via Tornabuoni, with an excellent selection of local labels.

Pucci’s Cellar – Active wine window (Duomo area)

Tasting just a few steps from the Duomo.

Perfect stop to admire the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, the Baptistery, and Giotto’s Bell Tower, the religious and artistic heart of the city.

Historical windows – Via dei Servi / Via dell’Oriuolo area

Walk in a less crowded neighborhood, where numerous authentic inactive windows can be found.

An ideal moment to understand how widespread this tradition was in historic Florence.

Vivoli – Historical window (Via Isola delle Stinche)

One of the most famous little doors in Florence.

Today used to serve ice cream or coffee: perfect for a sweet break during the tour.

Area rich in historical little doors visible on noble palaces, between Via Verdi, Borgo dei Greci and Via dell’Anguillara.
